I am who I am

We are all unique and all created differently. Identify who you are and continue to know yourself better as you know God better also.

People see you differently than you see yourself

Who are you?

Why?

Who are you becoming?

Why?

Who were you?

Why?

In this moment, right now, who are you?

Why?

I’m curious.

What is inside you. What makes you uniquely who you are, you need to show that, you need to share that, and you need to use that.

“Our lives are a series of days, one after another. Each day is an opportunity to either seize Destiny’s invitation or pass it by.” — T.D. Jakes

What do you care about?

There’s a reason behind it. Identify that reason and attack.

“Our minds focus on things that enter them for a reason, identify and understand that reason.” — Harrison Wendland

What is passion?

(Jennifer Fonseca shares her 5 P’s with people, those 5 being passion, purpose, proficiencies, personality, and profit centers.)

Passion is something you’re drawn towards:

Passion is defined as, “strong and barely controllable emotion”

Passion is also defined as, “when you put more energy into something than is required”

Passion is also defined as, “a feeling of intense enthusiasm towards or compelling desire for someone or something. Passion can range from eager interest in or admiration for an idea, proposal, or cause; to enthusiastic enjoyment of an interest or activity; to strong attraction, excitement, or emotion towards a person”

BEFORE GOING DEEPER INTO WHO YOU ARE… LET’S LOOK AT WHO OUR CREATOR IS:

God of peace — Judges 6:24

I am always with you — Exodus 3:14

Abba — Galatians 4:6 (Daddy/Papa)

The Lord will provide — Genesis 22:14

The Lord of Hosts — Psalm 46:7

God is.
God is with us.
God is.

The more I read my Bible the more I understand who God is and what this earth was created for. I am developing a deeper relationship not only with God but also with myself.

HERE IS WHO I AM:

I am passionate about building things with positive impact sustainable over time.
I want to exceed my limits every single day and create new levels of possibility and opportunity for myself, only then will I reach my full potential.
I am passionate, I am driven, I am diligent, and I am hard.
Then there are the other parts of my identity. The things that people have spoken over me because God told them to:
“The hardest thing for you will be to stay on the straight and narrow path”
“I see a major invention/innovation coming out of you”
“You are a type of Joshua”

So who are you?

There are a few key things that you can do to understand who you are and unlock your destiny.

First, know yourself.

Ask others to describe you in just a few words and identify patterns.

Pay attention to where your time and energy is spent, understand why.

Identify what you are striving to learn more about.

Second, know God.

Read the Bible — daily.

Spend time in prayer — daily.

Be still and know — daily.

Our Creator created each of us for divine purposes, let’s identify them and then pursue them.

“Every time I look in the mirror I remind myself that a small action today and tomorrow and the next day becomes a MAJOR action in the future.” — Harrison Wendland
“‪You cannot reap anything until you sow everything and put in the work‬.” — Harrison Wendland

Keep pushing.

“We must cultivate our personal relationship with the Lord. That means being disciplined in our times alone with God. That means being people of the Word. That means growing in holiness and godliness. That means sharing our faith with others.” — Michael L. Brown
